WHAT; A 4-day Music JAM campout at Northern California’s premiere “Beer Farm” just outside of the town of Dixon. Folks – from youth to seniors – bring their acoustic string instruments such as guitar, banjo, ukulele, mandolin, fiddle, Dobro, and acoustic bass, accordion, harmonica, hand percussion and our voices! Other wind instruments (flutes, clarinets, trumpets (w/ mutes), melodicas, etc,…), marimbas, are welcome, too!

“JAMMIN’ ON THE SALMON” – This trip invites you to bring an instrument – even if it’s just your voice – and jam music in the spirit of the Grateful Dead every evening with Joe Craven and Matt Hartle. We’ll have song books and any ability is welcome! Joe & Matt are on this trip to play music – for you and with you! Joining Joe & Matt is optional, of course. Instruments (in their hard cases) are placed in dry bags. Call the office for more info. Joe is a fiddler, mandolinist and percussionist. He played/recorded with Jerry Garcia and David Grisman & other artists for 40 years. Matt is a well known Dead oriented guitarist and band leader in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Live Oak is held every June to benefit KCBX Public Radio and features musicians performing a variety of genres, including funk, soul, folk, gospel, roots rock, Americana, jazz, bluegrass, blues, world music and more.

Nestled in the beautiful El Chorro Valley that runs between Morro Bay and San Luis Obispo, the temperate climate, the trees, the early summer setting, and the slow-moving pace create a pastoral backdrop for relaxing and listening to great music with family and friends. It's hard to imagine a better way to kick off the lazy days of summer.

DelFest is held at the beautiful Allegany County Fairgrounds in Cumberland, MD (2.5 hrs from Baltimore and DC). The festival originated from the desire to create a family-friendly music festival celebrating the rich legacy of McCoury Music while creating a forum for world-class musical collaborations and to showcase fresh new talent with a down-home feeling.
